Illumination of the moment. Mindfulness training. Burning a slice of time into the banks of my memory. Visual inspiration brought to us by nature, sourced by LOVE. That's what Sunspots do for me.  Thought box revamp 2017 - Rohnert Park, CA Brett & I recently took two weeks out of our regularly scheduled program, to add some always invited inspiration & reconnection into the mix. Brett has spent the last 5/6 weeks revamping our Mini Cruiser. So we took *Enuf 2.0* on her maiden re-voyage to his parents & then up the Sonoma/Mendocino coast & it was perfectly perfect. A remembering occurred... Tears were shed, circles were closed & spirals appeared where there used to be only loss and atrophy. We refueled our hearts and reignited our souls with the music of inspiration and hope. >>> When do we embrace the wHo we aspire to be? When do we stand up for ourselves? When do we allow for the energy to break us open and expose Our truth? When? When we Choose to remember When we Choose acknowledgement over apathy When we Choose to Believe we DO have a choice ...and ultimately When we Choose LOVE Choose LOVE Sunspots...what do they do for you? ~One LOVE LMB
