B and I spent this last week traveling a bit, connecting with family, spending time feeling nostalgic and sentimental and just plain livin :)


While we ended our week in the remembance of a dear friend, we also spent some time on the edge of this continent regrounding to our center.


The weather was perfectly hard and gentle all at once.
The lighting was impeccable.
A nature show unparalleled...at least until the next time ;)

Lessons worth learning...all of them are right?!

When do we recognize them as lessons & What do we learn?
The same? Different? Patterns?

A honeycomb of varying outcomes dance thru me.
Seasons. Glimpses of hope, of movement.

While knowing the stillness - is where I will find and build upon my

Foundation of Peace.

My mind knows and grows
At times by choice 
At times not

The task at hand for me now, is that Foot between my mind and my heart, and that measurement in my story is

fear...everytime

So I take the step
Sometimes I leap

The butterflies vibrate and flutter
My throat throbs and pulses with

The unspoken
The unheard
The unscreamed

Then
The unknown detaches with each millimeter 
Forward

Every breath gifted and taken in LOVE - by choice

Encourages movement - by choice.
And the phrase made cliché`

This to shall pass

Echoes in my periphery 
Until this lesson is realized
