This is the conclusion of a day filled with self torture. "Why am I here again", I ask myself!? "I am ridiculous!""Didn't I already learn this lesson?" So human of me, I know.

Then breath and inner wisdom wHisper; 'Starving the heart leads to atrophy of soul. Nourish. ReplenisH. Serve.'

So I write. I cry. I write. release. I do. I write. And today, it is enough.

The healing is in the doing and here is where the remembering occurs.

My heart swells to bursting with all in the collective moans of our birthing.
